Searching for devices

  • Subject: Searching for devices
  • From: Nigel Spon <email@hidden>

Under the current interface as provided in IOBluetoothUserLib.h and IOBluetoothUIUserLib.h I don't see any way an application can search for Bluetooth devices in the background without disturbing the user. I don't want to do this continuously, just every few minutes, and I'm looking for client devices with specific SDP characteristics... where should I look to do this?

Thanks,
