From the WWDC talk on Bluetooth, the PacketDecoder was disabled for
security concerns.
Apple was supposed to release a SDK for Bluetooth which re enabled the
packeddecode, but hasn't done it yet. Hopefully some one else on this
list knows more.
You can use the packet decoding on a linux machine.. although I know
thats hardly an Ideal solution.
