I do have a supplementary question, though - does anyone know a way to enable or disable the BT module?

I'm curious what do you mean "enable/disable" ?

Sorry, I don't seem to be very good at forming complete sentences at the moment! I meant enable or disable the state of the BT module - ie, controlling the powersaving state of internal bluetooth modules. I had a hunt through the bluetooth headers a while back for this, but it has just occurred to me I may have been looking in the wrong place. I've started skimming through some of the IOKit power management docs, but have little idea where to start; is this the correct place to look?

Cheers,
