Dear all,
As a provider of PBX functionalities over GSM phones, many of our customers want to use bluetooth handsets or headsets.
One of our suppliers has expressed his (un-founded) opinion that more then 30 simultaneous Bluetooth connections in the same room might bring interference and therefor problems.
However, using my limited technical knowledge and the huge forum that is the world wide web, I can not find any ground for his statement, nor any confirmation for it.
Would anybody be able to inform me if his point is valid, and if so what is the maximal number of users.
The same supplier stated that, if problems occur, users should keep their phones close to their Bluetooth device. To me, this is bullocks, but as said before I am far from an expert in this matter.
I hope this forum can bring some knowledge to my person.
Although about 60% of our client are iPhone users, I cannot assure anyone that only apple devices would be used.
