No hard facts, but some general points. Bluetooth uses Piconets in which devices use frequency hopping on 79 channels. If two Piconets are one the same channel in one slot, this will likely lead to a communication error.
So, what counts w.r.t to interference is the number of different Piconets in one room as opposed to the number of total devices. If those 30 devices are connected to 5 PCs, there won't be much interference. If they form 15 Piconets, it gets worse. I think I read that Bluetooth breaks down with 30-40 Piconets in one place and assume it was a theoretical academic paper.
The simplest way to figure that out would probably be to test it yourself, the maths for that certainly was complex. :)
