Yes, but only in iOS 6 with the new CoreBluetooth APIs. Check our Joakim's WWDC presentation to get an understanding of how it should work.
There was one minor change since the presentation: you will never receive the centralDidConnect and centralDidDisconnec callbacks on your PeripheralManager delegate.
