UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities key

Greetings!

We're developing an app that requires BLE capability.

According to the documentation at http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#documentation/general/Reference/InfoPlistKeyReference/Articles/iPhoneOSKeys.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40009252-SW3,
we should add the key 'bluetooth-le' to UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities in info.plist.

But the problem is that after we added the key, XCode refused to load the app onto the New iPad.

Is this a bug?

Should I add the key when submitting to App Store?

Thanks.
