Hi Seshu

To connect iOS and an HID accessory, the user needs to pair it via the Settings.app in the Bluetooth pane. After that, the device can also initiate a connection.
iOS doesn’t handle mouse descriptors or allows to simulate touch events on a system level on iOS 7. (I don’t know anything about MfI and if simulating touches there are possible)

If you can use a jailbroken device, you might use my BTC Mouse & Trackpad system extension to support Bluetooth Mouse device. Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1z5L2qLscL0

Best regards,
Matthias
