Flavio,
The UUID is generated by the Central when the peripheral is first connected, and can
be used to uniquely identify the remote device until the user uses the "Reset All Settings"
feature.
Therefore, when multiple centrals connect to the same peripheral, the UUID will not be
the same. As long as you connect from the same central, it will be stable over time.
