Yes, same for kernel-panic reboots. Verified by installing some crappy JB tweaks that crashed the phone :-)

Which I certainly will, but I'm hoping for more detail on current behaviour.
Firstly does this apply to kernel-panic induced reboots? I mean I assume it does, but from the user experience point of view it would be pretty surprising to find your medical equipment no longer connected when your phone reboots silently in your
pocket.
Secondly, does "State restoration across a reboot is not currently supported" specifically mean an OS reboot or will state restoration not occur if the core bluetooth daemon crashes and then restarts?
