iOS device as peripheral device?

Hi,

Is it correct that an iPhone (later iOS versions/devices) can act as the peripheral device?

Would this then also imply that the other (central) device gets to control the timing of the BLE communication?

If the other device then wants connection periods at say 7.5 ms, will this work with the iDevice?
