It means that it is not intended for use outside Apple at this juncture.
It means that if Apple changes the help bundle, your help bundle may
fail to work correctly. As an example of unsupported, take a look at any
dockling, in all likelihood non-Apple docklings will probably fail with
the release of 10.1 because the API for docklings is currently
non-public, just like the help bundle. Remember just because Apple uses
something does not mean that it is supported. When Apple publishes
something which documents it, such as headers or release notes, then it
is supported. With regard to the help bundle, you don't need to use it
at all if you're building Cocoa apps in Project Builder
