Can anyone point me to info on how to build contextual menu add-ons
for the Finder? Basically I'd like to create things like "Open
with..." and "Set Permisions..."

Support for Contextual menus is not available until MacOS X V10.1 is released.

FYI: I will be releasing my Open with ... CM plugin at that time.
Based on the OS 9 version, with a few more features.
