It's true for standard OS X installation (which I've meant, though I admit I

I did, long ago (and I've mentioned in the list, not just once, MTL as the
-- AFAIK -- only current reasonable solution for reading the docs).

I guess the previous answer answers this, too.
OTOH, I found some features of the MTLibrarian kinda defficient. Worst of
all, I can't chose which application is to be used for opening files (at
least by drag'n'drop). Also, the regexp, prefix and literal search -- which
I've used pretty often in DL -- are missing. Finally, MTL lacks the great set
of Services.
That is not meant to reduce the importance of MTL, which is, afterall,
currently the best thing available for OS X, and for its price ;) the
features are *JUST GREAT*, and I am truly grateful for it! I just wanted to
point out that it is *not* quite a facsimile of the DL.
