There is also OmniLibrarian

Just on OS X Server, not on OS X. Apple dropped AIAT in between, which
is what OmniLibrarian depended on for doing the actual indexing. I
actually have a version of OmniLibrarian working on OS X in-house which
uses our own indexing framework (that's I've been messing around with in
my spare time ever since NeXT dropped the Indexing Kit, 'lo those many
years ago).
But thus far, I haven't really been able to justify spending the time to
bring it up to release quality, clean it up to look as good as it can
under Aqua, and so on. You gotta pick your battles, and we're already
competing in an application area with free alternatives. :-)
