Hey! I found a way!:))
All you have to do is:

su
cd /Applications
rm -rf Internet\ Explorer

I did id it :)) worked, IE never launches!:-))))

PS: Please also delete the Classic version of IE to secure its death.
I don't understand WHY IE IS MY default browser, Can't I decide myself
to choose what to use or why does it installs by default, Can't I not
install in the beginning? WHY??

The only drawback to this is that IE will get reinstalled when you upgrade to 10.1 <sigh>.
