You probably want to ask this on the Project Builder lists, but I wouldn't
mind seeing this myself. I've almost been thinking of looking into what
it would take to switch from PB to XEmacs as my IDE, since I use
folding-mode (http://www.csd.uu.se/~andersl/emacs.shtml#folding) in XEmacs
for everything. (I imagine it'd be a hairy mess to switch, though)

Not sure if you've seen it, but PB *does* have something that helps serve
the same purpose, though. If you choose Project->Index Project (or
Cmd-Opt-I) in PB, you start getting drop-downs in your editor that lists
all the functions in the current file. Works a bit like the imenu package
in emacs. It's not quite as nice as folding, and a little bit out of the
way, but it works.
