According to me, there is too much things in this structure and most of them
are already handled by other sites. What we really need is just the class
docs, commented by users and providing examples of how methods work.
Searle's idea to split by section (graphics, networks, ...) and API looks
good to me.
We don't need Code Library (or maybe later), sample code should all be small
tips and related to classes or methods from the doc. And I don't know what
you mean by cocoavitae collaboration system.
Let's keep it simple if we want it to be useful and then, if it grows, we
can think of adding new features. We need this thing quickly.

CocoaVitae is for anyone craving a cup of hot Cocoa.
WO looks to big and too long to develop with. Especially for such a project.
I have used it by the past and compared to PHP, it is just too long to make
something simple with it. And I don't like java very much.
Apart from that, and if you want to handle the technical part, go with
whatever you prefer, I don't care as long as it is fast, reliable and easy
to maintain (or add new features). Of course, if you change for PHP, I can
help you with the technical part as I know the language well.
