Looking through port name server

I was wondering if there is a way to get a list of registered
NSConnections/NSPorts and their registered names? I need this for an
in-house debugger (debugging DO). NSPortNameServer doesn't seem to have a
method for doing this. Is there a central database I need to access to get
these?
