Have they improved the API's for Drag and Drop to include some kind of
ability to get the path where the user dropped a file if they dragged it
to a folder in the Finder?
How about the ability to convert from NSFileWrapper to something the
Finder can understand?

The reference documentation for AppKit and Foundation is already
available in PDF form. You can get the PDF's from the TOC page for the
framework you're interested in and the language you're interested in.
Conceptual material is not currently available in PDF form. At some
point in the future we would like to provide this, and we are actively
investigating how to do so.

Is it possible, anywhere, to get this stuff in PDFs? Those, at least,
I can print out and mark up. The web pages are good if I actually
knew what I was looking for, but since I don't I often give up or
don't know about stuff.
