I took the course that Aaron Hillegas based the book on, using the final galleys for the course text. My view is that it is the best Cocoa book by far.

Relative to Learning Cocoa this book does a vastly superior job of getting you from Obj-C to use of Cocoa frameworks. The sample code is extensive and uses relatively simple interfaces to demonstrate concepts. You don't need an interface with fifteen NSTextFields to learn how to deal with text fields.

The range of programming topics covered considerably exceeds that of Learning Cocoa.

Buy it!

So with "Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X" finally on the market.
What are the recommendations from the list? How does it compare to
Learning Cocoa? Is it a worthy buy? Can someone give a more comprehensive
review? Thanks
