I am very interested in hearing the opinions from our fellow developers
here on this list, who are already proficient cocoa programmers. It puts
the book in a much better perspective. So when you guys do receive your
copy, please share your thoughts. Thanks Jake

I'm hardly a "proficient Cocoa programmer," yet, so you may want to grab a
big shaker of NaCl, but I have found Aaron's book to be the best thing
going for this beginner. Don't ask how, but I've had a copy for several
months and have found it much more informative than the "Learning Cocoa"
waste of paper! This in spite of "Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X" being
aimed at someone higher up on the food chain than me, whereas "Learning
Cocoa" is allegedly aimed at lowly beginners. Indeed, I find the book so
useful that I'm buying a copy of the finished product in spite of owning a
Xerox version only slightly flawed with typos--and marked up with four (4!
) colors of underliner.
