This is yet another example of an Apple idea that they dropped,
only to have it picked up by someone else. HTMLRenderingLib is
part of the carbon frameworks, but has some serious issues with
multiple HTML objects in a window, and with scrolling. However,
CyberDog was the first such 'embedded' browser technology,
closely followed by Microsoft's browser-in-an-OLE. I found this
particularly ironic about 4 or 5 years ago when doing a port of
a PC product, because Apple was unofficially dropping support
for Cyberdog just when it was needed.
