Mac OS X Icons Template

Does anyone have have a Photoshop (or other good art program) document that
contains the generic Mac OS X Application and Document icons? I want to have
the shading set correctly, so I can use that as background for my
applications custom icons. If someone could email me this, I would appreciate
it.

I rather think it is a good resouce for everyone to have. Apple recomends
using Photoshop for creating the Mac OS X icon.
