Actually... You can suck the ones that Mac OS X uses out of
/System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/HIToolbox.
framework/Versions/A/Resources/HIToolbox.rsrc (a datafork resource, I
believe), using Iconographer.
