I believe that they aren't actually directly accessing the Address Book, but
rather support the user using drag-n-drop to copy the entries from the
Address Book to FaxSTF. It's probably a lot easier to reverse-engineer [or
maybe it's documented] the format of the drag rather than the original file.

But, I could be wrong, since I haven't actually used FaxSTF.
