Looking at the page:
http://developer.apple.com/tools/macapp/multiplatform.html
it looks like MacApp for Windows is a 3rd party project that Apple is
officially mentioning, but not quite supporting.

Sounds like all the old folks like the YB strategy but wants Carbon
instead of Cocoa. This is in tune with Apple's current strategy of
keeping old Mac developers from bolting to Windoze. Then again, if
Apple can't solve the code bloat problem of Carbon and Classic, the
effort seems almost pointless.
