A little off the Cocoa topic, but... hmm, you don't happen to run this
site, do you? Or know the guy running it? There's a version of Wiki at
http://twiki.sourceforge.net/ which integrates authentication, access
control, and revision control. The default configuration is to be as open
as a standard Wiki, but with the option to lock pages down, and with the
ability to always roll back changes to a page. That all kinda reduces the
effectiveness of malicious Wiki behavior.

Just wondering, since I've been browsing that site and was thinking of
contributing a few pages meself.
