I'm not new, and I'm really pleased with "Learning Cocoa". It looks like a revised and expanded version of the "Discovering OpenStep" book that I learned OpenStep development from on my NeXTstation back in the day (and which also shipped in a revised form with Mac OS X Server 1.0).
