That's not the problem. The problem is that you want to write novels in
a language for which you don't understand how to write sentences. And in
your ignorance of the language, you make snide remarks and baseless
accusations about the state of Apple's Cocoa Documentation which while
poor is enough that someone with elementary C programming skills can
learn to write Cocoa apps. You don't need to be a guru, but you do need
to be able to understand the code you're reading.
There are better forums than a Cocoa Mail list for asking questions
about C language basics ie, function recognition, variable
declaration/initialization, et al. Rather than leave the list, go ahead
and ask your questions but leave out the commentary until you know what
you're talking about. I think you'll find most people on the list more
than happy to answer even elementary questions then.
