Yes, many. :-)

OmniWeb (and everything from the Omni Group) is written completely in Cocoa,
as is Mail (the email program you referred to), so you can immediately see
the potential of the Cocoa frameworks. So is TextEdit, Project Builder, and
plenty of other apps installed with OS X.

Cocoa isn't a 'toy' environment by any means.
