Hi,
I got many questions.
1) In carbon pop up arrow is there is in cocoa same feature is supported?

No.

2) Is in cocoa, the drawer size(i.e height) can be different than the parent window if yes how we can achieve it?

I believe the drawer size is controlled by the height (or width) of it's containing window. I would imagine with a lot of work you could override this, but it wouldn't necessarily be easy.
