Proposed solution for Obj-C/EOF.

Since as Bill points out, Apple can't be bothered to maintain the Objective-C version of EOF, and as Scott, Dierdre, myself and others have pointed out, many people still want it.

Solution: put EOF under the APSL, and let Apple start working on a successor to EOF. Some kind of global orthogonal persistence a'la EROS would be nice.

Incidentally, this would be a big help for major EOF/WebObjects customers (like the Apple Store), who AREN'T going to migrate to Java in our lifetimes.
