What I do is log on to ADC in the regular way, get to the directory where I want to DL the software, then copy the URL that the browser is displaying at the top of the screen ( it looks like ftp://<my ADC "person number"><the unique password for this session> ). Then I just paste it into Fetch, and off I go! (It only took me about two years to figure this out...)
