Todd,

I understand and share your frustration, and I do not have understanding for the viewpoint proclaimed by bbum and some others, and I strongly believe they do not understand the horizontal market, but to call Ernie clueless is going too far. I know him from the times before he was working @ Apple, and although I was really surprised to see him braking his own promises, one should understand the environment these guys are working. They are just surrounded by people who sell iMacs! I mean, there is nothing wrong with selling iMacs, but these folks are completely incapable of understanding the enterprise market, and for them the software development is abracadabra. So, I am even surprised that Ernie's team achieved what we have today!
