Okay, as far as I'm concerned that completely blows away the "scarce resources" excuse. If Apple can support both of their remaining MacApp developers this way, then EOF users deserve at least as much.

As I've said before, I'd be satisfied if Apple never wrote another line of code to maintain EOF, but simply released EOF under the APSL.
