Overriding Info.plist

I'd like to override Info.plist so that for a given key, the answer gets dynamic:
rather than DLLabel = 'WebTime'
DLLabel = theWebTime

Is it possible? I stupidly tried to declare - (NSString*) DLLabel, but it doesn't work, of course.
