The correct way to do this is to set it inside
SystemConfiguration.framework, and then use the ppplib functions, I
think.
Also note that the only opensource projects in Darwin tend to be the
bits that make up Darwin -- there is no GUI in Darwin so Internet
Connect.app would be a bit useless.
