Thanks for all who tried to help with my desire to color a "Stop" button
red. The correct answer, which I finally figured out myself, is that the
current Interface/Project Builder duo requires that an extension be used
on the image file. MyImage.tiff works, and probably other image
extensions. Apple said they would amend the FAQs and file a bug report to
fix this. Being Unix under the hood means I should have glommed onto this
earlier, but a dozen years without bloody extensions will spoil one. And
no one else pointed it out to me; more than one probably thought it was
self-evident. Thanks again.
