I don't find you offensive; I found something you said offensive. It is easy to get frustrated, but it's simply not fair to take out your frustration on people who are trying to help you. There are definitely deficiencies in Apple's documentation, and for me the more knowledgeable members of this list have been the answer to that deficiency. Before posting something negative about what they said, think about it long and hard. I've had people here put me in my place, but I've found that it's only when I deserved it - when I was using the list as a shortcut instead of researching something myself, or to avoid going through the motion necessary to grasp a new concept. It's fine to get frustrated; it's fine to disagree, but don't disparage people who disagree with you or who don't see your point of view.
