Dragging a non document onto an app icon in the Dock?

Hi

I am still trying to find a way to have my application accept a url (either from OmniWeb or IE for example) dragged onto its icon in the Dock. Is it possible to achieve that ?
I think the problem is that the dragged URL is not a document on the file system and so even if I register my app to accept the various types used either by IE or OmniWeb the Dock still do not consider my app as an application that can accept such drag/drop process.

Is there a way to achieve that ? Or should I forget it ????

Steve !
