Right. The only "special" thing is from the programmer's way: if he uses an
NSWindowController, the releasing is taken care for. If he uses anything
other, he has to do it himself.

In a sense, this is similar to a difference between using NSView or
NSImageView for displaying an image: both do that, but in the former case you
have to implement it, whilst in the latter one it's done for you.
