Does anyone know how to make the twin arrows that show progress? For example in Mail when you are getting new messages or in software update while downloading and installing new pieces of software?

For Spinning arrows, you can have a look at the OmniAppKit Frameworks. The only issue with this code is that it is using the Omni base object. So some code modifications are needed if you don't want to incorporate a lot of code in your project.

For Relevance bar cell, it's quite easy to code them.

For Time control, you're stuck

For the PoupButton in Internet Connect, it seems it's using custom pics.
