Yes, you'll get that with any file being previewed by the Finder.

Not really. I can safely delete (i.e. move to trash, empty trash) almost any previewed file except Quicktime files. I'm pretty sure it's worked for PDF and TXT. For QT movies, I have to relaunch Finder before the trash can be emptied. Is this fixed in 10.1?
