Yes, and the current company (Apple) is American. They should all learn to spell :)

Well, I do agree heartily, but I am afraid it can't be helped. I tend to use
"american" identifiers even in my private code, as much as I personally
don't like the spelling, since I don't want inconsistencies like

[NSCol_o_r col_ou_rFromSomePrivateCategory]

True, that would be horrendous. Inconsistency bothers me more than bad spelling, I think :)

Incidentally, have you noticed the typical (AFAIK) American howler in the
standard Tool template code? I mean the comment about insurance, where we
just wanted to ensure something ;)))
