No, due to some fundamental changes between 10.0.x and 10.1 (for example, two-level namespace) we are not supporting the 10.0.x tools on 10.1.

As far as when the 10.1 Developer Tools will be available for download, I can't say when, but it is a top priority for me right now to make them available ASAP. As soon as I know, I will post about it.

As you can probably guess, as far as I'm concerned, a posting date
of 'sooner' would be better than 'later', and 'soonest' or 'Monday'
would be even better (I don't get my update CD until Monday as my
local AppleStore isn't open weekends. Bah). I guess I'll just have
to spend the weekend drinking now rather than coding. C'est la vie...
