I agree with you. People who thought that learning Cocoa was a 'learn
programming from scratch' book were bound to be disappointed. I think the
Cocoa learning curve will be steep even for pure C programmers, if there are
still any of those around. It really helps to be familiar with Java,
Smalltalk or PowerPlant.
