You're right, and I'm wrong, about double-clicking buttons, then. In
many drawing apps, double-clicking a tool button in a palette will
cause the tool selection not to reset after you've used it once.
Generally, the background color of the selection changes to indicate
the change. I was just thinking of a regular button, like an OK
button, for which double-clicking is meaningless.
