That makes sense, but should it not be better that files I add directly
to the project automatically become inserted into the project target?
Would that not make more sense?

I was confident PB was doing something stupid, and I was right. I
was debugging a non-existant "bug" all day and it turns out to be
compiler related!
There are little dots beside each file in the file browser (like CW)
that signify whether the file changed and should be recompiled or
not. Only thing is, CodeWarrior actually works :/
Just to test as last attempt to solve the problem, I realized
CEGL_Context was missing the change dot, so I clicked one in, and
sure enough it compiled!
Arg, that really annoys me.
