There are several, in fact...
OmniFoundation contains OFResourceFork.
NDAppleScriptObject contains NDResourceFork.

Neither of those two classes is perfect. OFResourceFork has no support for
writing resources (although adding support is trivial). If you expand on
them, or make your own, it would be cool if you could make it available to
everyone (provided Nathan Day and/or OmniGroup give their agreement).
